Where to find your tracking number
Our tracking numbers start with RMI, followed by letters and numbers.
On your receipt
The receipt you were given when you dropped off the parcel shows the tracking number.
In your confirmation email
We send it as soon as your shipment is registered.

What each status means
Your parcel's status updates every time it passes through our network.
My tracking hasn't updated- Shipment registered
- The shipment has been created; the parcel hasn't been handed over to us yet.
- Collected
- The parcel is with us and getting ready to leave.
- In transit
- The parcel is on its way to the destination country.
- In customs
- Customs formalities are being processed.
- Out for delivery
- The parcel is on its way to the recipient.
- Delivered
- The parcel has been delivered to the recipient.
- Delayed
- An issue is delaying your shipment. Our team is dealing with it.
